Each track in the movie is directed by one in the huge list of directors(20) credited for the movie including the Cohen brothers(Fargo, Miller's Crossing .. ), Gus Van Sant(Good Will Hunting) ... and Gurinder Chaddha :)

Some of the tracks I liked .. TOW
- the old couple at the end, with sharp subtle retorts
- with the blind boy and natalie portman
- with the gorgeous Muslim girl :D
- with Steve Buschemi for its sheer insanity
- with the black sweeper and the lady in the parking lot

The others were either too short, weak or plain stupid ( watch out for the one with the Vampires .. lol )

The movie triggered an orthogonal thought, will put it to words soon at :D.

"Give us us free" shouts the black man, the tale of human right to freedom .. in times where slavery was a part of life, an 'inseparable' one .. but that changed soon!

The very loud Djimon Hounsou is the slave who has been pushed around too far, and would go any lengths to return home. Denied the right to judgement over and over again, from one court to another ... lands them at the Supreme court .. where 7 of the 9 member jury are themselves slave owners!

The right in question is not of property, but the ever so assumed right to be free ..

Movie highpoint - none to me! Good enuf to want you to see the end really ..

Gene Kelly is probably to Musicals, what Sly was to 'The American Hero' movies .. there are only a few that can make them as good!

Set around 1927, "Singing in the rain" is a parody in its own sense, and hilariously presents the transition of American movies into "talkies". Kelly walks right into your heart with his charming face, a soothing romantic voice .. and steps to match. The song-dance sequences are to die for, the comedy - truly slapstick! :)

Yeah, its based on a true story allright. A frightening one at that, of Aileen Wuornos - a prostitute who murdered 7 men, who allegedly tried to rape her.

Aileen, a victim of child abuse and minor prostitution, contemplates suicide but finds love in Selby(Tyria Moore in real) and decides to give life another shot. Forced towards prostitution for money, on an unfortunate night, she murders a man who tries to rape her. More ruesome killings follow ..

Charlize Theron, in an academy award winning potrayal of Aileen, hits a home run.

A-moral story of modern married life, the mundane chores of an average married husband gets too much to bare. Sex is no fun anymore, atleast not with one's own wife :D

So, a phoren returned friend plants the idea of wife swapping into his dumb head. And the games commence ..

Good clean comedy .. and two beautiful ladies ..

Take away: When Vinay (the ex-VJ) starts off with Kapaal-bati and tears roll down eventually .. hilarious :P

Based loosely on the Abu Salem-Monica Bedi love story .. or so they say ..

Sad actress and a predictable story doesn't add up to anything good .. now does it?

Its like reading a comics, where imagination runs wild, charlize theron looks good and you are hooked on throughout!

Tagline : A homespun murder story.

A true story of a man who hires two men to kidnap his wife for ransom. Everything blows up obviously, with a lot of bloodshed.

The characters build up beautifully, u absolutely hate the criminals, scorn the sick husband and scare for the poor wife.

But Marge makes the steal ... Frances McDormand takes the academy for this. You will just love her right from the front .. to the end of it all :)

"There's more to life than a little money, you know. Don't you know that? And here you are. And it's a beautiful day.''

Bottomline: Scarlett Johansson is abosolutely pretty.

A thriller amidst a high class british society, very refined .. very Woody Allen ... very sexy!

You are almost at the edge of your seat... well almost :)
